Do you handle HOA approvals?
Yes. We review HOA guidelines before finalizing any design and assist with the plan submission and approval process.
Is financing available?
Yes. Most projects qualify for financing with low fixed rates and terms up to 20 years. Ask at your estimate appointment.
Do you pull permits?
Yes. We handle all required permits for gas lines, electrical, retaining walls over 3 feet, and any other work that requires a city inspection.
