StoneBridge - Scripps Ranch Landscape is a Panjia Outdoors build in Scripps Ranch, completed in 2019. 3,000+ square feet of pavers, handled by our in-house team from estimate through final walkthrough.
What the homeowner wanted
The homeowner had a previous landscape he had installed 7 years prior but was not fitting their needs and lifestyle. They wanted a pool, large dining area with a cover and outdoor kitchen, a fire pit and seating area and garden for growing vegetables and citrus. The rear slope was barren and covered with weeds and they needed more visual appeal.
What we built
Panjia designed a comprehensive landscape plan including a family size pool and spa, large covered outdoor entertainment and dining area with a TV / media wall, grill, smoker and barstool seating, built off of the back of the house with a 650 square foot custom steel framed patio cover. The hardscape consisted of rustic pavers throughout the backyard with Arto precast steps and wall capping, retaining and accent walls to create elevation changes and natural stone garden beds and firepit. All new planting of trees, shrubs and ground cover with LED landscape lighting.

How Panjia Builds

Site Visit
We walk your property, talk through what you want, and document the existing site. We bring product samples so you can feel the difference before deciding.
Design & Quote
Drawings, materials selection, and an itemized estimate. We pull permits where required and submit HOA documentation when Scripps Ranch needs it.
Build
Excavation, base prep, hardscape, planting, and finish work. Our in-house team manages the build directly. We bring specialty trades in only when a project calls for it, and we stay the single point of contact.
Walkthrough
Final inspection together. We point out the care details, hand over the warranty paperwork, and stay reachable for anything that comes up after the install.
