Check Your RateFrom First Call to Final Walkthrough
Free Consultation
We come to your property, assess the space, and talk through what you want to build. We look at site conditions, HOA guidelines, permit requirements, utility locations, and how you plan to use the space. You get a written estimate before any work begins.
Custom Design
Our team draws up a design specific to your space, incorporating your priorities, material preferences, and budget. For projects requiring permits, we produce engineered drawings as part of the design phase. Nothing moves to build until you approve the design.
Permit Submission
We submit all required permits to San Diego County on your behalf. This covers building, electrical, plumbing, and gas permits depending on scope. We schedule and manage all required inspections throughout the project.
In-House Construction
Our own crew handles every phase of the build. Outdoor kitchen framing, countertop installation, gas rough-in, fire feature plumbing, pergola framing and roofing, retaining wall excavation and construction, all done by the same team, start to finish.
Final Walkthrough and Closeout
We walk the completed project with you before we call it done. You verify everything matches the design, all systems are operational, and the site is clean. We provide care and maintenance guidelines at closeout and leave you with warranty documentation.
What Does an Outdoor Living Project Cost?
Outdoor living costs vary significantly based on scope. A basic fire pit with seating runs $3,000–$8,000. An outdoor kitchen with full appliances and countertops runs $15,000–$50,000+. Pergolas typically land between $8,000 and $25,000 depending on materials and size. Retaining walls are priced by the linear foot and soil conditions.
What moves the number: materials selected, structural engineering requirements, gas and electrical tie-ins, permit complexity, and site access. Every project is different, which is why we provide free itemized written estimates so you see the full breakdown before work begins.
